Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery – 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery – 1–2 business days
- Free Standard Delivery – on orders over a qualifying amount (see checkout for current threshold)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
